I am honored to have my interview by Voyage LA, published in their ShoutoutLA article this month on the role risk taking has played in my career.
I dedicate this to Mr Bob Johnston, who believed in me at the age of 22, when I seriously knew nothing bout nothin! He taught me the television media sales business, better then anyone I could have imagined.
He took a chance on me, and mentored me for success. When I was ready to switch fields and leap into the unknown he let me go, with grace and support I will never forget.
The recent picture was taken a couple of years ago when he was coming thru LA. It had been close to twenty years since we had seen one another. But dinner felt like being with an ole friend, who knows exactly who and what I’m about. Our essence never changes, just a bit more wisdom, wrinkles and wonderful memories…
